We have established a charitable trust to pool donations from members of our community, businesses and philanthropists. The donaitons are used to create and empower community teams to strengthen community connection, collective decision-making and resilience.
The Greendeals Charitable Trust is currently finalising a pilot project as part of the Race to 2030 to help small businesses in Wellington to understand climate change, and to measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. The trust will build on this project by connecting businesses that are taking action with actions at the community level to reduce ecological impacts and create long-term resilience.
